Ivan is a top man.
He is down as 100% shareholder of that company.
The company secretary has close links to another high profile Wexford Falcon that financially flew too close to the wind and ended up bankrupt.
On paper anyway.
Whatever your opinion on Ivan, heās like disaster des. Anything he touches inevitably goes tits up

Iāve posted this before here but I worked behind the counter of a few of his shops during the summer of 2001. Himself and his good lady happened to be in one of those shops on a busy Sunday. They hung around after closing while we totted things up.
While we were waiting I asked them had they considered building a website for online betting as thatās what everyone else was doing. A āwaste of moneyā was what was thrown back at me and ānoone will ever bet online when they can walk into a shop with cash and get their money downā was the follow up comment.
I toddled off to tear the Racing Post runners off the walls in shock at the reaction. I canāt remember if he ever actually had an online offering or just telephone but for an intelligent lad I couldnāt get over how detached from reality he was for his business.
