Ivan’s son said on Twitter that if they were to to do it again, they’d have paid that tenant up, sat in on a few international relations lectures in UCD and Jim would’ve been drunk 70% of the time to appear more personable.

If they were to do it again, they’re targeting architects and it’ll be either Dermot Bannon or Hugh Wallace.
