Dortmund have agreed a deal to sign midfielder Kevin Kampl from Red Bull Salzburg. Kampl was brilliant at Celtic Park recently - I put him on my potential Celtic signings list* after that.
*a list I keep at home, not on a TFK thread.

Manolo Gabbiadini looks like he will be joining Napoli. Really came on a lot the last couple of seasons and will step in for Insigne who is out for the season.
Freddy Adu has been released by his Serbian club. He never made an appearance for them.
Cerci to Milan and Torres to Atleti Woof.
Podolski to Inter on loan seemingly
Shaqiri is expected to join Juve from Bayern. Reports suggest it’ll be a loan deal with an option to buy.
The Torres to Milan deal looks a bit strange. Not performing yet still make the deal permanent and immediately lone him out for 2 seasons to Athletico.
Who is the true owner of Fernando Torres I wonder? Who holds the risk and rewards? I must consult FRS 5 or whatever its equivalent is these days.

He arrived on a two year loan to Milan, basically covering the remainder of his contract. Milan then bought him outright so they could cover the same remainder with Atletico, I’m sure there is a clause whereby Atletico will be liable to cover the contract even if they dispense of him before the two years. It’s probably done this way as Cerci is involved going in the opposite direction.
Chelsea are on the verge of buying Andrej Kramaric for £7m from HNK Rijeka. They will immediately loan him out to Holland.
Think something needs to be done about big clubs just buying up every underage player and then loaning them out to avoid squad size limitations. Leicester were competing with Chelsea in this instance, and despite offering more money they’ve been out maneuvered by a bigger club who can muscle their way in to force deals through and still with no intention of needing the player in the short term. Italian clubs have been buying up young talent for years and loaning them away but not on the scale that Chelsea are doing it.
You could argue that Leicester have no business in competing with Chelsea and Juventus for the player in the first place, and certainly this is just further evidence of the over abundance of money that relegation battlers have to splash in England. But Chelsea have been doing this for a few years now (with only limited success so far, though one Courtois justifies plenty of duds) and there’s nothing to stop them owning a large percentage of all the underage internationals in Europe. Think UEFA/FIFA need to put a cap on how many players can be owned by a club, irrespective of whether they are loaned out or at a feeder/development club etc.
I read in the Summer that Chelsea had more players at the close of the window out on loan than they had available to them, it is ridiculous

Chelsea are making a fair bit of money on this in recent seasons as well, look at the sales of De Bruyne and Lukaku for isntance.
Tony Watt to Charlton Athletic?
Yeah, he was on the pitch in their warm-up yesterday and they are announcing him tomorrow apparently.
Hardly surprising to see him move again. Didn’t score many in Belgium. Seems like he can’t get his attitude right. It may happen eventually but not worth everyone wasting their time waiting for that to happen.
29 days, 3 hours and 9 minutes until the transfer window SHUTS
SLAMS SHUT.
Wilfried Bony is expected to sign for Manchester City according to various English football journalist types. SSN mentioned a GBP£30m fee.
Also, various Norwegian football types are reporting that wonder kid Martin Odegaard is signing for Real Madrid and has been guaranteed first team involvement. He’s the chap being courted by all Europe’s big clubs having made his senior international debut as a 15-year old last year.
anyone in for Eoin Doyle ?..
Looks like Shaqiri is joining Inter, apparently turned down Liverpool. €15m fee rumoured.
QPR have snapped up 18 year old Galway hotshot Ryan Manning for 150k plus potential add-on’s. Shrewd bit of business from 'Arry that
