Seems that way with Chelsea anyway the way they are dealing with Cuardrado by looking to ship out Schurrle first. Not sure if FPP is affecting transfers overall. Its just that the big deals are usually done in the Summer. I am sure the January window last season was quiet enough bar the Mata deal.
