Geoff’s point was that net spend was irrelevant to those three clubs as they don’t have to balance the books like other club. I think you misunderstood the point
Net spend is either relevant or not. Chelsea need to balance the books as much as any of those clubs. They are wholly compliant with FFFP rules.

It’s a bit of a strange one. He probably wouldn’t have been starting for Limerick next season. He’s been converted to a defender but really lacks the positional awareness for the position, even at that level.
