January Transfer Window 2019

Ah apologies, didn’t realise you meant if they all chipped in, carry on.

I didn’t.

You need to stop taking valid criticism of your beloved EPL so personally.

Cobh Ramblers spent more on transfers than Tottenham Hotspur

Incorrect. Spurs have a Colombian defender who cost them £42m alone.

I’m arguing that Chelsea could financially compete with Barcelona and Real Madrid, and that PSG are the modern day equivalent of Chelsea. Chelsea will return to be a nothing club once the oil money runs out, same as PSG.

Huh? Does your Fulham/Barcelona comparison still stand up by that criteria?

Half the Premiership can compete financially with Barcelona and Madrid. They will all return to nothing when the promissory notes, oil money, automotive money, dildo money, Shylock money etc runs out.

That’s interesting. I wonder what the figures would be like if you took the transfer window last January into account.

Yes. Fulham spent more than Barcelona this season.

Spurs decided to drop a bill on a white elephant vanity project instead.

Fulham have a higher net spend than Barca in the past two seasons.

Where are you getting you figures from?

So if you include all expenditure Fulham have spent more money than Barcelona this season?

Yes.

That’s very surprising, have you anything to back that up?
A quick check shows Barca have a player wage bill of 424m, Fulham have about 75m

Someone please make a big signing soon and rescue this thread.

Why don’t you display your own research if you are disputing the matter? Otherwise we will just take you as an empty vessel who makes a lot of noise when his beloved EPL comes under a lot of scrutiny.

I was only asking to save time. I believe you’re correct and was going to use the site to look up a few other things.

No need to be so rude when someone asks you an honest question. I’m not the RUC.

Soz m8.

You reckon Sunderland, Villa, Newcastle, City, Spurs, Liverpool and West Ham could have afforded Ronaldinho in 2004? Have you anything rational to back this up?

were Liverpool not in financial bother in 2004?
