Real Madrid will have the option to buy back the player and they will also have a clause where if Spurs are looking to sell. Madrid can match a fee Spurs have agreed with another club to buy the player back.

Tottenham are going to pay ā¬30m to Real Madrid. Spurs board will accept both clauses asked by Real: ābuy back clauseā [around ā¬40/45m] and āpre-emption clauseā [if any club will made a bid for Reguilon on next years, Tottenham must call Real Madrid and they can match the bid].

Tottenham have an agreement with Real but now also with the player. Personal terms have been agreed on last hours with Reguilon and his agents, his contract until June 2025 is almost ready.
Spurs have absolutely mugged Utd off here.
