Youâre only allowed I think 3 non EU players in Serie A. Suarez was trying to get Italian citizenship and the language test was part of it
He was attempting to get an Italian passport (his wife has Italian citizenship) as Juve have used up all their non-EU spots in the squad.

Vidal has signed for Inter on a free transfer.
The signing of Hakimi showed real intent from Inter but the subsequent moves are underwhelming.
Kolarov and Vidal are both well past their best, Pinamonti is a good prospect but struggled at Genoa last term.
They are releasing Godin to Cagliari which is also strange as he was a regular toward the end of last season and still has a lot to offer.
