Doesnāt go far enough, should be capped at 2 non-Academy trained players being loaned out (ie those trained at the club from 15 up).
Would force teams like Chelsea, City to stop buying up players that never play for them as investments.

Depends on the agreement between the clubs.

If you look at Chelsea for instance. Those rules wonāt change a thing. They will still be allowed 6 loans out.
