He was on the laughs of my life with FOTF Doireann Garrihy too. Man is everywhere. That being said I’d be interested to read his and Johnny Sextons (to a lesser extent) autobiographies this Christmas.
Cannings book will be in every aul fellas Christmas stocking this year.

I’ll be interested to see who he reckons the best forwards he played against were.
Joe has arrived at OTB towers and he’s been keeping receipts.
I read some interviews and excerpts from Joe’s book.
Doesn’t like the attention but writes a book.
Comes across as a little whingey but is probably a fairly sound lad.
Not sure why any GAA lad writes a book. They’re very boring overall.

You’d have to bring the fire out of him. Sit across from him and tell him Sheflin was a better ball winner, Callanan was a better finisher and TJ Reid would’ve scored that free in 2018. Roll the tape then and start from there😂
