John Delaney/ tugging off half the forum

Why?

Take it easy on Tim, he’ll burst out crying in a minute.

Quit windmilling Matty.

A toxic joke…

The toxic organisation is the one with bigoted rules

The FAI may have to be disbanded at this rate. A root and branch reform needed to save the grass roots

Who could have thought an organization run by and for workshy skangers would be a complete jokeshop?

By the way, for clarity, my sympathies have always been with the Miller family and their misfortune. I am glad the game in PĂĄirc UĂ Chaoimh proved a success and hope the event was some measure of comfort to them.

My problem is with sanctimonious gobshites jumping on a bandwagon, bound for the supposed moral high ground. Where would you start with a crowd portraying themselves as so non dinosaur as to be a coach of unicorns powered by hummingbirds… Nothing, as recent events evinced, could be further from the truth. The highest ground on which that crowd ever stood comprised droppings.

The reality is that the GAA, due to the incoherence, stupidity, bias and bad faith of the original Rule 42 debate, is damned if it does not and damned if it does. The Rule 42 decision handed the reins to every journo trying to curry favour with know nothings, to every Twitterite with more fingers than brain cells. We reap what we sow – and we have reaped scarce little ‘goodwill’, as the furore over the ‘Liam Miller Match’ abundantly demonstrated.

What’s your point?

Was there a rule in place or not?

You seem to think Mulvihill was the GGA. Why did the GGA not overturn their biggoted rule?

The rule was straightforward.

You can use all the adjectives that you like to deflect, but that is the only fact here.

What’s all this got to do with Delaney having his fingers in the till?

Ask Malarkey who brought it up.

You were praising his posts earlier.
