John Delaney/ tugging off half the forum
If like to categorically state, for the record, that John Delaneys cock has never been in the vicinity of my arse. Any further suggestions that it has, or allegations of a similar nature by that cum guzzler toilet licking whorehouse mopping prick Taz will lead to legal action being taken.

End statement.
He is still a cunt

Watch your back. Thats all I’ll say at this time as a result of legal counsel.

Fuck off.

Hey @tazthedub, you’re a cunt.

Edna Kenny wants to see an all Ireland team take on England…

What will John say to this @Bandage?

He’ll probably ask why someone cares about a woman’s opinion

@kpsundayworld: Not every night you have FAI chief John Delaney singing you songs about Trapattoni. Only at the @sundayworld Xmas party! #surreal

What a buffoon.

Man of the people is our John:clap::pint:

John Delaney always, always delivers.

The Sunday Times reports today that Dermot Desmond and an American fund - KKR - have bought the FAI debt from Danske. They further report that the FAI gets a 12.5m writedown on 59m of debt while they save 20m on payments (that last piece does not make sense to me).

Can any of the financiers on here explain the deal? @Bandage perhaps?

Presume the 20 less the 12.5 is the interest.

7.5m is a lot of interest for 12.5m capital, 60% for a period out to 2020 (as per John Delaney)

But they may have a new interest rate on the entire amount that has been refinanced.

Hardly a lower rate financing out of a mainstream bank into a fund?

@ciarancareyshurlingarmy - I’ve financed a load of sport stadiums but I can’t really comment on this matter for confidentiality reasons.
