I can see him having the first part of Bulimia - the binge eating part. It’s the throwing up afterwards that doesn’t seem to have taken place in his case.
There might have been a clue that time a few years back when he stuck his head in a pie or cake or something when out campaigning before spitting it out and trying to deck a lad.
