Re the Ukraine conflict, its concerning when Putin is referencing Nuclear weapons in a real way.
I know he referenced them in February but I think its more dangerous now. His back is to the wall.
Peace looks to be further away than ever and if those Donbas regions vote in favour of joining Russia, we could facing world war 3.

The main nuclear deterent for Russia is probably that any nuke they fire has a 50/50 chance of blowing up on the launchpad

Makes all this energy crisis more believable now unfortunately. One thing for sure, be interesting to see the political ramifications if the lights do go out in regions over the winter.
