St Pats and Waterford player. Our best ever soccer player and a proper leader and owns O’Riada’s so an alright sort.
I’m guessing that’s young PJ in as selector. Minor in 02?
Was wondering was it him. I knew him fairly well years ago but am years out of Kilkenny.

Also the answer to a great trivia question - the man who scored in the last game played at the old Lansdowne Road (2006 FAI cup final - scored the opener for Pats) and the first game at the Aviva (for LOI selection in a 7-1 defeat to Man Utd)

PJ was on the line for Cuala yesterday I believe. Good coach from what I heard.
Yeah he was in 6th year when I was in 1st year I think. There was a few very cool townies at that time.

He used to play for Staker Wallace but operating a gym in Waterford now.

Ballygunner had some second half record in the Munster and All Ireland series last year. They looked super fit under Mulcahy’s regime.
They were always fit but took it up another level last year. A lot of old school hard running done early in the year.
I’d say when Shefflin was thinking about the S&C side of things, he probably asked, ‘Who do Ballygunner have doing that? Shur we’ll go after him’.
Well he has his man now anyway.

Absolutely. The word was that it was Molumphys if he wanted it. The silence since suggests he doesn’t want it. We’ll end up with another dud again. Pat Flynn would likely give it to Davy Fitz again just to be done with it.
