He should think holistically and think of the whole parish and not just part of it.

The motorway ruined every business in Ballyhale. I’d say it was the worst hit of any town on the old N9.

I’d say Ballinasloe must be the worst hit in Ireland . Once described as the gateway to the west , absolutely decimated now .

There was draught horses, racehorses, cobs and hunters too.,

Bleakest village about.

Is there any daycent food options in or around around Urlingford? Stopped in a pub there last year and food was all-time terrible.

Urlingford was never the same after Josephine’s closed down.

Urlingford Arms is grand, a bit scruffy decor wise.

The pub/restaurant across the road is the same.

Nicest place for grub on the old Dublin/cork road is the horse & jockey.
