That makes sense now the way it all unfolded. She clearly put some kind of voodoo over Kyle’s movements in the Cork semi so that the ball would never go near him, no matter how hard he tried. The same hex happened to Kevin Downes but it had nothing to do with criminality.

Kyle Hayes did not meet with the proper justice he should have done because he Limerick GAA circled the wagons.

It’s called an institutional cover up.

He did not front up.

For all that, he’s still a convicted criminal.

Why should he front up if he believes he’s innocent ?

He has no reason to take responsibility for something he didn’t do.

I’d agree with the line of reasoning here, don’t think Hayes deserved an all star. Neither did Hegarty or Kelly. Hegarty and Hayes had quiet to poor games in the semi. Hegarty ahead of gillane was a bizarre. I’d have probably had Ryan Downey McInerney as the half back line but Lyons would have been a fair call too and would have increased representation which would have been a good thing.
