La Liga 2010-2011 thread

I ment to post about this while watching this. He is seriously deliousioned. Messi has played excellently well in freezing tempatures in Russia and Ukraine in recent years. He is an incredibly tough little motherfucker, and would make a fool out of any EPL defense in the same manner he does in Spain. Anyway, didn’t Dudley Campbell recently score for Blackpool there in a 1-0 win, i think Lionel will be ok.

Why can’t they accept this is a freak team and they are possibly the greatest team ever in the making. I know they lost last year against Inter, but for me that was only a blip. One has to think Madrid (who are Royalist cunts) are a bit unlucky, as they have a fantastic team as well, just not as good as Barca.

I think its established with a long time that anything Sky say is to be taken with a rock of salt.

only for the volcanic ash Barca would be going for three Champion’s leagues in a row

Levante had a great chance there to go one up at Barcelona.

Superb goal for Levante to pull it back to 2-1 with 10 left

Athletic v Barcelona in the Copa del Rey second leg on SS2 now. 0-0 at half time. First leg was scoreless.

First ever senior goal for Eric Abidal there at the age of 31!

Great stuff here now after Llorente’s equaliser. End to end with Athletic needing another goal to avoid going out on the away goals rule. David Villa missed a sitter there.

Good finish to that game. Villa should have buried his chance but Llorente causes problems at the other end. It was like a good old-fashioned FA Cup tie.

Deportivo after missing a glorious chance to take the lead…Great atmosphere in the riazor

goal…made by messi finished by villa

The angle was so tight there; not great goalkeeping really because the only place he could put it was through his legs.

Seydou Keita is a very underrated player for me, lovely elegant style about him and well able to cover the ground and do his fair share, class act

that would have been a class goal…Abidal again, shame he was offside

top fucking drawer :o

Even though he has had little to do tonight, Victor Valdes is another of this Barca side that gets little credit and has improved immeasurabky as a keeper in recent seasons…Far from a weak link these days

Lovely from Iniesta

lovely ball from pique to him and a lovely finish

Pedro is on fire at the moment

Real are losing 2-1 at home to the ever improving Villareal at half time…Hope Villareal can hold out, could well be the end of Jose’s 140+ run of games without losing at home

Cristiano  Yet another hat trick, 22 for the season (could be 23, think there’s some confusion). A 4-2 win for Jose’s Real, Kaka gets the 4th, and Jose gets a bottle thrown at him for celebrating in front of the Villareal bench
