La Liga 2012/13

And his second is every bit as good. Lovely curling finish into the top corner.

Terrible defending from Luiz in the build up

Diego Godin is a fantastic defender. Iā€™m a massive fan of his and feel he is extremely underrated.

Chelsea will struggle in big games under Di Matteo this season. They got a large slice of luck and good furtune on their way to winning the Champions League last season and I think he is tactically weak, they will struggle when he has to set his side up to take teams on as opposed to parking the bus

They deserved their first leg win against Barcelona. Napoli should have put them out of sight in the second leg. Bayern should have put them out if sight in the final. Didnā€™t see any of the Benfica games.

La Liga experts might be able to clarify, but arenā€™t Atletico little better than a mid table team in La Liga? They are playing the Chelsea Blues off the park here. Should be about four or five goals up with ten minutes to half time.

Phil Brown was informing viewers on Sky Sports News earlier that ā€œthere is little dounbt the premier league is the best league in the world, everyone wants to play in it.ā€

Chelsea donā€™t have a midfield and their only competent centre back is playing at right back, they spent about Ā£80m this summer and they have only done about one third of the rebuilding they needed to.

Adrian Lopez fluffs his line from 6 yards out and Falcao then hits the post from the loose ball. Second time he has hit the woodwork

Atletico have ripped Chelsea apart on the counter. Diego Simone has done an excellent job there. They used to be a side conceded a lot of needless goals under the likes of Aguirre and Simone seems to have eliminated that from their game while still making them an attacking side

Atletico would be a good side. Obviously they would be a nice bit off Barca and Real Madrid but would be a consistent top 6 side in Spain for the past number of years playing decent football. Won two of the last three Uefa cups as well

Mario Suarez bossing it in midfield.

You would nearly feel sorry for Ramires having to play beside them two frauds. Absolute passengers

Hattrick

Chelsea ripped open on the counter again

Superb goal.

EPL Runt is online but has gone very quiet

All three goals with his weaker left foot. This lad is going to lead us to the World Cup in 2014.

The English side have been a rabble tonight, like Tip were against Kilkenny.

Falcao.

What more can you say?

Monaco have a lovely little stadium.

Ronaldo has had a falling out at Real Madrid. Not sure if itā€™s with Mourinho or someone else. Didnā€™t celebrate his goals tonight and hinted at leaving. QPR will be on alert.

The magnificent Sergio Busquets has Barca one up away to Getafe
