That was a magnificent game of football.
Think Barca deserved the win. Their superstar was better than Realās superstar and that often defines these games.
Two very brittle defences - Benzema completely bullied the Barca defence and it was a strange decision to withdraw him, even when down to 10. Bale and Ronaldo just werenāt playing well and as good as Bale can be running with the ball, he should really have been withdrawn - he was wasteful in possession.
Thought Messi was just superb. His passing was out of this world. Perfectly weighted passes to Neymar and Iniesta for the goals but did that all night. And they couldnāt get near him when he dropped off.
Messi is only coming good in the past few weeks after his time out.
Iniesta is a wonderful.player to watch, his touch and turn is wonderful.
