Smashing night for Celtic with the 5-goal win in Dundee and the Jambos and Killie dropping points. Celtic have overtaken the latter to jump into second place and are now only 4 points off the lead ahead of Saturday’s top of the table clash.
Next March when Celtic have the league won with a 20 point lead , they will look back at Halloween night as the key .

The dream we could barely see as possible a few short weeks ago now seems tantalizingly close. Hopefully Ševco, the dons and Hibs can land a few punches on the Edinburgh powerhouse and help us achieve the impossible

5 games out of 14 Celtic have dropped points now. Are Celtic gone to shit or are the dross improving?
After a poor start they’ve been really good recently. Dominated that game tonight and it was a bit of a fluke result. Kilmarnock have been transformed under Clarke though and are a proper threat to drop points (with Hibs, Hearts, Aberdeen and Sevco).
Think we’re really lacking in attack. Lots of out of form players like Sinclair and Griffiths for instance. We’ve been more solid at the back of late but only for the form of Forrest and Christie we could be in big bother.
Edouard is very very inconsistent. A striker, a wide attacker and a right back are a necessity in January
A pity Arzani got injured because we could do with him now. Might also reduce our chances of signing another wide attacker.
Right back and striker are both required anyway. Not sure what is wrong with Griffiths but he’s so patchy now. Edouard is still raw but a very good player. But we can’t rely on him to be playing up front on his own week after week.
And of course we’re losing our centre backs so they need replacing. Benkovic has been outstanding.
I thought Simunovic was decent this evening. Hopefully a run of games can build his confidence back.
