Oh Jeff. One more chance.

Jeff now at the point of no return. 6-1 down.

But it’s never over until it’s over, not in this championship.

Jeff will be kicking himself. Four missed darts for the set before Scott tied it up and then won another deciding leg, this time in 14 darts.

Jeff’s doubles have deserted him. Eventually falls over the line at the seventh attempt in that leg.

Unruly behaviour from the crowd.

156 outshot from Scotty. Stunning outshot to move one leg away.

A disappointing final as regards being a contest but the best man has undoubtedly won the title.

Jeff’s aim last year was to reach the semi-final, and he did that.

This year hs aim was to reach the final and he did that.

Next year he’ll be back to win the title.

Well deserved victory for Scott. What a tournament for him with the incredible comebacks against De Vos and Duzza.

Scott’s second title and he’s only one behind Martin Adams now.

But looking forward to The Silencer building on this.

Scotty giving thanks to the crowd. They’ve been amazing all week. And so has he.

Anybody else sitting at home and shouting “Jeff! Jeff! Jeff!” like me?

Scotty lifts the famous old trophy.

He’s unstoppable in finals. Won his first title 7-1 too.

I’m sure he’ll allow himself a day off tomorrow. Well deserved.

Scotty bantering Bobby George out of it there. “If I pull your chain will you flush?”
