Laochra Gael - Back, and to the left hand on top

A Donegal Boston legend also. Many a man went to Canton and failed to perform. You have to be able to party and play out there.

He didn’t get much luck for it really, probably earned plenty in the later career but never achieved much.

Briefly chatted to him at a wedding one time and he was very courteous.

Did he put down his jacket over a puddle for you?

Didn’t see this, but hardly the same version that was in the Last Dance?

By a fella called José Gonzålez - daycent version:

Yeah I think that was it alright.

Bit of a random selection for a Loachra Gael ending but it rounded off the show nicely.

Ryan O’ Dwyer on now. Did he just say his father was minor in 1955 or 1965?

He did a pod with Brian Carroll as well.

I have a good memory hurling wise but i do not remember Kilkenny beating Tipperary under 21 in 2006.

Looked like a close game too. I’d have thought Kilkenny would have been comfortable winners against Tipp at U21 around 2006. Tipp really started to come to the fore again after those Minor All-Ireland’s in 2006 and 2007.

Was that the replay after Kilkenny got a last minute goal to equalise in the first game in Croke Park?

A few strange bits in that episode spoke about.

Is it worth a listen?

Yeah. It was interesting.

It is yeah.

Ah I suppose it is. Wouldn’t have been in my top 5 I’ve listened to on there though.

What club top is he wearing ??

I have no recollection of that fair haired fella who came on screen there as having played for Dublin between 2009-2013. Maurice O’ Brien was it?

From Limerick I think? Doesn’t look like a hurler alright

Ya Richie Power stuck a screamer in the top corner in the last minute to force a replay
