A great show
Liam Fennelly: ‘Them up there had it tough…’
Prick.
That was a lovely show.
Great show. Kieran Fitzgerald seems like a real decent skin. Corofin were a sight to behold in full flight.
Good times never seemed so good, so good.
Three club titles in a row is a fair achievement. Good show, seems a nice guy. Cop isn’t he?
Kieran is a gent. Some great reflections on grief and football.
That was a great show . Really captured grief and also how much love the man has in his heart that he could suffer that and start again while also strongly acknowledging the past …
It must be an absolutely amazing feeling to stand on Croke Park signing off on your career with an AI Title at 40 years of age knowing you have nothing left to give.
39 year old Aidan Brannigan from Kilcoo said on the 6.1 news tonight that Saturday will be his last game ever whatever the result.
Laochra Gael is a class show. Really enjoyed that one tonight even though it was one of those ones I wouldnt have been pushed to watch. The epitome of a solid citizen.
It was a tough watch, uncomfortable at times but excellently made
Watched it tonight … the best one this season for me … a simple man , all about family and Limerick hurling …that Limerick team were iconic…
An iconic Limerick hurling family.
Brilliant show in fairness too.
They’ve gone a good job this season finding players (not big stars) who have a good story to tell,
Just watching a bit of tonight’s episode with Johnny McGurk, leans a lot on his gambling addiction and downward spiral
Any good?
The one hour episodes are a game changer. Allow a bit of depth to stories. 30 mins was too rushed and often skipped loads.
Unfortunate that there’s a lot of very interesting characters done already in the 30 min programmes
This is a hard watch. He is not sparing himself. Took fair courage from him make this program
I wonder what the ratings are for the female players featured?
He had 93 to fall back on, the Lavet success as well,
The point against Dublin, MOTM in the AIF as well, and probably redemption, a lot of people would remember his troubles and would have written him off
Good show though
