39 year old Aidan Brannigan from Kilcoo said on the 6.1 news tonight that Saturday will be his last game ever whatever the result.
Laochra Gael is a class show. Really enjoyed that one tonight even though it was one of those ones I wouldnt have been pushed to watch. The epitome of a solid citizen.

It was a tough watch, uncomfortable at times but excellently made
Watched it tonight … the best one this season for me … a simple man , all about family and Limerick hurling …that Limerick team were iconic…

They’ve gone a good job this season finding players (not big stars) who have a good story to tell,
Just watching a bit of tonight’s episode with Johnny McGurk, leans a lot on his gambling addiction and downward spiral

Any good?
The one hour episodes are a game changer. Allow a bit of depth to stories. 30 mins was too rushed and often skipped loads.
Unfortunate that there’s a lot of very interesting characters done already in the 30 min programmes

I wonder what the ratings are for the female players featured?
He had 93 to fall back on, the Lavet success as well,
The point against Dublin, MOTM in the AIF as well, and probably redemption, a lot of people would remember his troubles and would have written him off
