That was some cheap hour of television. Jedward were the best of that lot by a country mile. I’ve never seen anything as poor as Donna’s effort.
Despite not having heard any of the other songs I don’t agree with this decision at all. No act should be allowed represent us in the Grand Prix two years in a row. It stinks of a fix, a case of jobs for the boys if you like. The song isn’t a patch on last year’s belter either. Bland, uninspiring fare. Unfortunately I foresee an early exit for us in Europe’s big one this summer.
