League of Ireland 2021 - The Greatest Basket Case League In The World

Conn Murray of Treaty United was on Live95fm sport yesterday morning ahead of the big reveal on Thursday with regards to the result of the license application. He felt that they had fulfilled all the criteria and if they don’t get awarded a license it won’t be for the lack of work put into the application.

Live95fm also contacted Pat O’Sullivan for an interview with regards the Limerick FC license application but got no response…

Whole LOI is a shit show this season for all, last year was awful, this will be worse vv and sad times for all genuine LOI supporters and players

Cark fan who watched his clubs die on numerous occasions and saw his team relegated due to the fans incompetence thinks the league is a shitshow :grinning:

Though rovers B are in for it aswell, but given that leinster has most of the clubs in Ireland they need another Munster club otherwise it a total shambles

Rovers B were only allowed in on condition it was for one season as other clubs would have seen it as an unfair advantage iirc.

On one hand they romped to the league title but on the other hand they are losing players to the second tier of the Scottish league.
