Lucky as fuck. It was as stuttered a performance as Iāve seen from this lot. They were caught between not wanting to show Kilkenny any respect and over respecting them too much. Conceding 3 points at the death like they did is shocking at this level. Thereās a few there now whoād want a serious word with themselves during the week

We have gone from only scoring points last year to only looking for goals this year. Hopefully a balance can be found in the next 6 days.

Hanbury had a nightmare 2nd half and was responsible for two of the last three points and two others as well. He looked well off the pace and KK knew this and targeted him.
Anthony Daly had a right cut off Canning in the Examiner today. Dunno was he injured though.
He was. I watched him in the warm-ups and he had limited participation. Definitely still carrying a bit of a leg from the late hit in the KK game in Salthill.
They should freshen things up. At least bring Flynn in earlier.

Start glynn if they are determined to go route one? Or like flynn is he a better sub. Niall Burke got a few beauts but was beaten easily a couple of times too. Not sure why they didnāt leave conor cooney in there wheres he accustomed to playing now. Kks tackling was top class, coen macinerney Joseph cooney got cught in possession, david burke started doubling on it and rising and hitting without catching to defeat that by moving it fast but that left some very poor ball in. In contrast to the ball kk used at the end. Low ball that hanbury and daithi at times struggled with.

30 for the stands, both the old stand and the new/old stand, if you buy them before the day, 35 on the day, terrace 20 then 25 iirc. Juicy enough really.

Do you remember Johnny Glynn gave an interview with language that would make a sailor blush when they bate cork there a few years back .
If heās going to go route one then start Glynn in full forward. Youād hope theyād cut out the stupid mistakes at the back. Touhy got caught coming out 3 times by running into traffic. Johnny Coenās touch is lacking. If the hunger isnāt there then they wonāt win no matter what Donghue does.
