It was quite funny when the main commentator said to Noel Connors that Nolan had been brilliant and must have been in contention for MoTM, Noel just responded with a totally unrelated point about Dublin decision making.

He played more middle than CF from what I saw. He must be carrying an injury or he has slowed down more because unless it’s coming directly at him he’s not too effective.

He went centre forward in on top of Rushe with Mannion midfield from the off. He was drifting as Rushe sat in front of the full backline. He wasn’t an orthodox midfielder
