This lad is fairly hedging his bets on the leitrim/sligo game
It’s looking ever more like a Leitrim/Roscommon Connacht final. The Hyde will be heaving that day…
Boxty, word in New York was that the final wont be in the Hyde this year.
Salthill or Castlebar apparently

Fuck that, there’s an air of invincibility that attaches to us when we play Connacht finals in the Hyde…
Club Championship starts this weekend.
Mohill up against Kiltubrid on what is hopefully the first step to glory for the Green n White.
Hard to see Melvin Gaels retaining it without Emlyn.
Mohill to beat Manor in the final
Manor for me DB. Mohill aren’t strong enough.
Carrick will win it this year
Glencar/Manor 1-11 0-3 Annaduff
Mohill 2-6 Kiltubrid 1-6
Have Mary’s sacked the Malahide man ?
Never heard DB

Rumour around Fingal is that he’s been given the P45
Oh well mohill manor final so
Holy fuck, mckeown and shane moran and the two beirnes have been dropped from the panel, wtf is goin on we may as well forget about it altogether
Ah for the love of fuck.
I think Breen and Dugdale should adopt a Heffo and Jimmy Keaveney attitude to these lads.
What were they at they’ve a great chance of a connacht final and they get themselves dropped,we can’t do without these lads and that’s the bottom line, let them apologize and move on it was probably only high jinx, boxy will be in the know
I am hearing that Wayne McKeon was warned many times to cut out the drinking but he didn’t. Like I said earlier it’s hard to blame a 22 year old lad for going on the beer but he is a massive loss to us as he is one of our best players.
What exactly happened here, chaps? If lads are turning up locked for a Sunday morning training session or something then it’s a problem but I really don’t think these blanket/indefinite “drink bans” are worthwhile. I know preparation has moved to a different level in recent years but, from a cursory glance at twitter, you’ll see all manner of professional sportspeople having the odd night out and drink. There needs to be a balance to this, I feel. Surely it would be possible to find a happy medium where players can have a night out on a few pre-arranged / designated times planned with regard to training schedule and upcoming games.
Are these the same lads who were booted off the panel last year, or the year before?
He’s our best player farmer and will be a huge loss just look what happened when he went off against mayo last year the team fell apart we might even have beaten laois if he had been playin,I don’t see any problem with lads having a few pints the night after a game as long as it doesn’t go on for days they’re young lads and will shake it off after a few laps the next day, I think people expect a bit too much from players these days
