Ah the home pitch suited him… :lol: Egan had a few nervy scares losing sight of his man a few times. The forwards were hitting daft balls into the inside men at times but the backs mostly all looked comfortable. Mayo had about half their A/I squad out and Horan, normally sedate and serene gathered some urgency to his instructions, shouting the odd time and waving his fist.
Some of our “supporters” were un-sporting with their comments and were silenced fairly smartly by the real locals…
