Thing is that scoring difference can’t be used now to decide relegation
A dreadful statement too.
I’ve a feeling Terry is pulling a stroke here
The Down Leitrim match might be off - but we thought that you might be interested in still reading the Match Day programme which we had produced

Tipp 2 up against Offaly at half time lads.
Who do we want to win or would a draw suit us?
Offaly to win or draw.
Tipp one up at the moment
Tipp 4 up
Bookmakers have reacted swiftly to Mayo’s impressive performance in Tuam by moving them into favourites for their championship meeting with Leitrim.
Bookies are no mugs when it comes down to it.
They look like they’ve found a couple of players
Tipp win by 3.
To stay in Div 3, Leitrim have to beat Tipp by 6 points or more next week
“A couple” as distinct from needing to find about 10, yeah! They’ll be deserving favourites.
A tough ask
Not too sure about this. If Offaly draw with or beat Derry they’ll move above 5 pts. We would then survive by beating Tipp via the head to head rule as we’d both be on 5 and Louth already goosed. This conundrum may require a more knowledgeable adjudicator.
You’re right not to be sure. Your scenario makes sense. I’d fancy Derry though
Is score difference not gone anyway because of the walkover
