He hasn’t played a full match this year, fits and starts before prolonged spells on the sideline. Hyland, for once is right, they need to get to the root of it. You/We could be looking at 2022 here. A pity really as he’s top drawer when fit. His oul’ lad says he’s struggling with it overall.

It’s a pity as he’s probably our best forward when fit and we’ll need all hands on deck for the Mayo game.
We were bate 3 points by the Neddies as well 0 from 3. County panellists not allowed kick with clubs. The Willies were only without Mark Plunkett while ye were without the county lads. The Neddies were at full strength while we were short O’R’sX2 (Ryan inj) Donal, Gilheaney 2 McLoughlins and Conor Dwyer. Impossible really. Eslin got a bit of a bettering as well.
The whole set-up is a cod, between C-19, CB, Hyland and general lack of ambition.

We were beaten well by Aughavas. Our manager is a local publican who I assume only took it on as there was no one else. A strategic business decision also no doubt.
Are the Beirnes still playing
They played the previous match but not sure if Conor started against Aughavas.
It’s a shame. Those lads are tough enough managed but under the current set up they are going to drift further away.
