Could have been working. Usually a few bob to whoever attends these things so no reason i can see the captain wouldn’t attend if available. I know from the brother down the years he always got rewarded when going to these kind of things
I see the game against Antrim has been changed to a 2 pm throw in
Changed from what time ?
It was down for 5 originally
Minors 2 up at half time vs Galway.
They were 5 up but Galway got last 3 points of the half
We win 3-8 to 0-12
Not a sentence we type too much
Playing Roscommon in the shield final
Paul Honeyman (SoH) is one for your notebook. Breeding beats feeding but his uncle Ollie doesn’t believe it.
He seems like a handful alright,The Caps young fella seems handy enough too
He does. Performed well throughout the campaign.
Joe’s son?
I think the big question now regarding these young lads and teams coming along behind them is where do they go from here? Will Mayo Galway Roscommon be handing out trimmings to these lads in 5 or 6 years at senior? What are other counties doing from now on with their minors that turn them into Div 1 standard players?I’ve repeatedly said that we have just as good underage players in Leitrim as any other county,we mightn’t have as many but we have them.It should actually be an advantage to have a smaller pool so they can be identified easier.
Well i thought that was awkward…what about yourself ?
Totally,it was like speed dating for footballers
