It just goes to show that no matter how good you are when you become a global superstar, having the best ability in the world won’t help you deal with all the trappings that the huge wealth and stardom brings. You need to be a special kind of animal for that. Woods was the typical example in his prime, couldn’t be touched for ability, his personality didn’t allow for pressure or expectation to affect his performance but it turned out he had a chink in his armour that nobody knew about.
