As an aside, apparently Neil McCann was on Sportscene last night (BBC jocko version on MOTD) absolutely seething about the ruled out goal. When it was put to him that it was a definitive foul under the laws of the game, he said it should still have been a goal because the law is wrong. 
That table puts to bed any notion that it’s a two team league . It’s clearly a one team league .
