Ps., I have no strong feelings on the bobby sands thing, other than that, in a city where a 13 year old boy got his throat cut in broad daylight because he was wearing a Celtic shirt, one can see the reasoning behind trying to keep it simply soccer, and root out the sectarian element. Again, in my opinion, the rangers sectarian element were far far worse than the Celtic element , which was largely confined to the good natured singing of a few rebel songs, by people who had never been to Ireland by and large. In an ideal world, people would be free to demonstrate their beliefs wherever and however they want, but trust me, the Glasgow football thing is far from an ideal world.
No they are not. They are exclusively Scottish.
Wah wah, no Politics … except every year they shove the Poppy down everyones throat.
Never shoved a poppy down my throat.
SACKED.
What a disaster of a move from him.
Big step up from the SPL to the Championship in fairness. Sure managing in a one or two team league would ruin any manager for future work.
It’d be like @ChocolateMice or @Sidney going from years of signing on once a week to having to get up five days a weeks. .
When you consider Lemon was not long after beating Barcelona in the CL and could only attract a broke club staring bankruptcy or League 1 in the face while Alex Neill landed the Norwich job shortly after despite only being in charge of Hamilton for little over a year, it seems he made a bad career choice.
