Willie griffin was poorly treated that day. If he was on in corner that day limerick would nearly have won.

I remember working below in Cork back in 2009/2010 talking about a young Limerick hurler coming through called Declan Hannon.

They thought I was mad. They were half right to be fair.

That u21 munster final win in 2011 was a big a statement.

So, since hurling began in the late sixties or early seventies when a few lads started wearing pretend helmets, Galway have won three (3) and everyone else two (2). Sounds about right.
