Limerick GAA 2022 - Dual Kings (Part 1)

Nothing out there … Treaty pull what they can from there. My nephew is gone out to Pat’s… Lower Park just off the canal would be Pat’s alright.

The Breens were from the Mill Road

The standard of Limerick city club hurling is dreadful with exception of NAP.

Looking over at moyross, you could throw a stone across the Shannon

Abbey Sarsfields are out that way no? Have no idea what grade of teams they put out.

In fairness inner city limerick probably isn’t as populated as people think. The likes of nap, monaleen and Mungret take up a fair chunk of potential hurlers.

Mungret and Monaleen are shite given their size.

Limerick need to get hurling really going in other latte drinking hotspots.

Abbey yeah… I called them Treaty … They’ve tried the last few years to lift it but I’m not sure how it’s going.

Na Piarsaigh’s success has really masked the problems facing the GAA in the city.

Monaleen really should be doing much better with their pick and resources.

Mungret look to have the potential to really kick on, seem to be a club on the up.

7 of the starting 15 in the final came from the City division

They’re still in existence just about. I don’t think they even field a junior b football team these days though.

Lower park road in Corbally is definitely St Pats as @Thomas_Brady was saying.

Off the canal its literally no distance to Rhebogue.

Ballinacurra-Old Christians is a no brainer.

Monaleen is a football club and always has been

Theyre the same club just one is hurling and one football

Patrickswell is not a city club? Part of the city division alright.

It was a fingering club when I was a teen…a great disco
