Just arrived, driving onto the pitch now. Spike will be furious, subs havenāt even been allowed on the pitch and now someone is driving over his lovely surface.

Ya it was a head injury. He got a belt from the follow through when he went to block a shot. Think itās more of a precaution than anything

Been a bit more timber since the break, couple of yellow cards. Couple of half goal chances, neither side got a clean shot away.
Quality not spectacular.

Was down for 4:30 I think which is still ages away - is it a triple header in there today?
At the water break: Blackrock 1-14 Garryspillane 1-13. Starting to heat up nicely.
Blackrock got the first two points of the second half to go 4 up, the joint captains Kevin Palmer and Paudie Leahy leading the way as usual. Then Mark Quinlan scored a goal, bursting through the middle, before kicking to the bottom corner. He had missed a goal chance earlier himself.
But Colm OāKeeffe has come on and a ball dropped in around the square which he helped to the net. Question of square ball but allowed.
Ciaran Sheehan has just got a couple of good points for the Bouncers but Blackrock lead.
The excellent Ciaran Sheehan levels it, 5 to go.
Leahy x2 from play, Richie Mac catch sets up the second. He just prevented a goal chance with a shoulder too.
