Canāt beat a bit of history
Kilmallockās half back line hoovered up some about of ball, particularly Philip OāLoughlin and Paudie OāBrien. Thought Houlihan had a good game, well able to take a long range score and was consistent in his free-taking. We were just discussing how Oisin OāReilly had not been that prominent, when he caught a ball from
the sky and buried it. Kilmallock have one thing that will trouble any team they meet going forward, and thatās pace - Hanley, Costello, OāReilly, Woulfe, Mulcahy - they all have it in spades.
Mulcahy rolled back the years today. Itās as good as Iāve ever seen him play. His industry was like that of a player 10 years his junior.
