Chalk it down. They were usually played in Caherconlish and I remember my grandfather telling me about them. A lot of the time they werenā€™t even organised violence, just violence.

I think the same could be said of Ahane. Paddy McMahon who was a record goal scorer for limerick was from pallaskenry and transferred to Ahane after they got him a job. I think there was a few like on their team. Paddys great grand nephew is a serious prospect for Kildimo/pallas now.
