Croagh don’t score enough goals. Certainly not against the better teams. That is one weakness to be worked on. They could have had two or three goals early on today if they backed themselves, and the game would have been over by half time.

Group 1 - Weird things can still happen. Hypothetically though, if the top 3 (K/D, BB, Monagea) win their last matches, it’ll be settled on score difference in the matches between each-other only. Which would thus see K/D and BB through. Too many results to go through here to give proper permutations!

Group 2 - Caherline and Crecora/Manister 100% through. Caherline guaranteed to top group

Group 3 - F/K and St. Pat’s 100% through. Even if St. Pat’s lose this weekend and C/B win their match, Pats go through on H2H with them.

Group 4 - Mungret 100% through. For Bruff to go through they need to win and hope that Drom lose, all while getting rid of the 22 point scoring difference between them. (Their H2H was a draw).

He was stood beside me. At a guess he was looking at Sam Cronolly and Cian O’Carroll. Possibly a couple of others too.

The levels have gone way up at all grades in Limerick and it’s a great credit to the work being put in by the clubs.
