Limerick GAA 2023-2024.... 5 in a row is not here

He was very good. We were missing a lot of players so good to have him as an option.

Some target on kickouts and his work rate is phenomenal, forced some amount of turnovers.

Newcastle West and Adare in Semi-Finals.

Quarter Finals
Monaleen v Kildimo-Pallaskenry
Fr. Casey’s v Na Piarsaigh

Relegation Playoff
Claughaun v Ballylanders

Was in Fitzgerald Park for NCW v Oola last night. As one sided as expected. Corbett grabbed 1-03 from play, the goal coming late on after a calamatious mistake by the ‘keeper, tried to find his corner back but was intercepted by the county man who strolled in to tap into the empty net.

All bar two scores in the whole game came from play, in keeping with the free flowing nature which Limerick club football is noted for. All six of Oola’s scores were from play.

The new scoreboard is looking well, thankfully no issue with the score keeping this time round.

Estimated attendance - 59.

Was that including the players?

No, with players, back room teams, hangers on and match officials there was well over 120 there.

There wouldn’t be much local interest

Decent crowd in Clarina today as Adare ran out comfortable and deserving winners over Ballysteen.

4-13 to 3-8 the final score. Bally left in some very soft goals.

Miles off the level of Adare who looked very sharp.

The season was fucked first day when they lost to NAP. Always going to be uphill to qualify after that.

I see Kilmallock are in the u15 football Div 3 final

We will walk it

What the fuck are ye at down there? Football? See what happens when your not around with the pitchfork

It’s just something to keep the young fellas out of the pub

Bloody split season. No time between matches to go on a 2 or 3 weekends in a row binge. Under 15s are losing the time of their lives

Feenagh bubble starting to bust even early for them :joy:

My superblues fell short today against NCW 2 in drom. A superior side and came out far worse. Few injuries now aswell. Wheels coming off the wagon. Dead rubber next week against the hegarties hopefully lads are ready for knockouts. Be hard see NCW 2 bate in football. Onto the hurling now for next two weeks.

You surely rested a few today. It was 9 points to nil.

One only, few lads went off. Meant something because of winner into semi, ncw few very good players not around to train senior so only playing junior
