Is Hannon back for next year? Will he be a starter?
I think now would be the time to make Kyle captain.

Sure Hannon will be togging for the Dubs next year.
He is coming into the right age range in fairness. 26 next summer. 5 All Ireland medals in the pocket. An ideal future Limerick hurling captain certainly. 4 All Stars in a row too.
I think he is the greatest Limerick hurler ever very possibly. He is basically unmarkable when right and I’d say is the one fella they can’t do without. He’d have the distribution for CB now, imagine a centre forward sitting off him!
He nearly won the All Ireland for Limerick in 19’ as well.
Limerick have 22 captains. Every one of them men is a born winner. Born fighter and born man. Listening to fucking pussies who wouldn’t boil an egg judging them.
It would be a strange world if people weren’t allowed to judge criminals
Dates fixed for munster Championship.
Clare Suday 21st April
Tipperary 28th April
Cork 11th May
Waterford 26th May
It’s ok to judge them if they’re not from Limerick it seems. It’s quite nuanced
Feenagh well in the game in Mallow, 2 points down
All square now
County U21B Hurling Semi-Final result:
Croagh/Kilfinny Rathkeale 3-26
Tournafulla Killeedy 3-9
Comfortable enough win for Croagh and the four mushes in Mick Neville Park.
Farce
I know imagine having Kileedy, Tour AND Monagea all together, and still they can’t get within an asses roar of CKR.
Its all about winning trophys for these lads and not testing the players at a higher level , should be at least A for amalgamation and definately not B.
They will play Knockainey in final after their last gasp goal against St Pats/Claughan amalgamation. At least that was a good close game.
I heard a mad one today - County Board plan is to enlarge the Premier Intermediate grade to 12 teams for 2025. Meaning the four Intermediate semi finalists next year will all be promoted.
I’ve gone to all but one of the county board meetings this year, I’ve never heard anything about this.
Has anyone else?
It would make a bit of sense, to be fair. The PIHC and the JAHC have been our two best championships for some time but are a little bloated in terms of fixtures, particularly the 7 rounds in the PIHC which can be hard on dual clubs.
12 teams (presumably 2 groups of 6, winners to semis & 2nd/3rd to quarters) would reduce the group stages by two games and give a bit of breathing space. Be worth considering alright.
I assume that would also filter down to premier / Junior A ?
If it is true, I wouldn’t be surprised that they are considering it because we are under a bit of pressure fixtures-wise.
Presumably they would keep Intermediate to 12 also. Would you promote all 4 semi-finalists and relegate the team that comes bottom? Would seem a little harsh on them tbh, but I don’t really see how else you’d do it.
I think @Julio_Geordio mentioned it before that they should streamline all the way down. I would agree tbh; if you go 12-12-12-12-12 and then leftovers in whatever the bottom tier is.
There was also talk that they’d be getting rid of the Senior A & Senior B for 2025 and revert to the old system? Anyone heard anything on that?
So based on this year you’d have had Croagh, Granagh, Murroe and Hospital going up?
Anyone interested in Claughaun, Crecora, Rathkeale or Dromin/Athlacca hurling jobs or Na Piarsaigh or Camogue Rovers football job?
