Iād say gillane is carrying a knock a while.
In fact Iād say a lot of the Limerick players are hurting but theyāve only three more hurdles to jump.

Yeah tje miles are on the clock. Hopefully he didnt fall over a dog again
Or a frisbee
Or a Clare lad outside the nightclub
Itās the hope that kills them
In fairness to Jimmy and Limerick in general, the quality of the front 8 thatās lining out now versus what was playing throughout the leagueā¦ itās a marked difference.
He had to try players, I guess, considering all those he lost but if weād been able to field a similar 15 throughout the league, weād have been way more competitive.
Mush brothers
Letās go get the job done. Expecting a big performance from Gillane today.
The guy who I think will decide today is Lynch at 11.
Hope he stays there for a period as he will be a real headache for Conlon and the Clare midfield.
Wonder will limerick stick Ć³ Brien on the edge of the square. Something different for Cleary to think about.
Anything is better than himself and gillane in another wrestling match.
Weāll win fucking 10 in a row
Just back from a crumbling FBD Semple Stadium.
There has been 140 odd years of the Munster hurling championship and now there is an undisputed best team of all time in it. Your Christy Rings, your Mick Mackeys - thereāll be plenty of these lads spoken of in the same breath. Six in a row. Wow.
The delay just added to the drama. The Limerick crowd were as up for it today as at any time in the last few years. Was one of the best atmospheres at any match I was ever at. There was even auld lads up fist pumping as the last couple of scores went over! Place went mental after Hegoās goal went in.
Thought it was closer than it needed to be. Played so well into a strong breeze, the goal right on half time was a killer. A rare mistake from Nickie but he made a few brilliant blocks again. Teege tipped him up as HOTY at the championship preview night in April - if Limerick win it he has a great chance. Class, class, class.
Shane OāBrien was also excellent. He made proper roadkill of the fella nicknamed āThe Hogā, for all the smoke blown up Adam Hogan he was absolutely rinsed by a young fella on his debut.
Itās gas seeing teams so terrified of Hayes they are sacrificing large swathes of the pitch due to him. All the backs played well individually and collectively, Hannon again delivers when needed. Heās some leader in the crunch games. Six in a row captained by the number 6 - very fitting.
Then thereās Hego. Honestly turning into one of my favourite Limerick players ever. Comes into his own in the biggest of matches. Got more of a return from those around him today too which helped. Great that young fellas like OāDalaigh, English and AOC were all on the pitch at the full time whistle for a Munster final win. Pass the baton on.
Finn, DOD and Sham Flan all possibly to come back in (or not). They are the dilemmas you want. A month off is ideal now. Still a bit to work on, if itās us v Cork itāll sell out Croke Park.
But will worry about that in a fortnight. If Wexford take out Clare weād face them instead, I think. This is just one to savour.
Kiely is the GOAT, even if we donāt win the AI this year. What a man.
The three best young players in the country playing for Limerick today.
Hogan previously cleaned him in the Harty cup final.
Itās 1-1 now. Two great young lads and it wonāt be the last time they lock horns.
Theyād a great battle infairness. OāBrien probably shaded it but if you are 50/50 as a back itās a bad day. 50/50 as a forward its a good day
In fairness it is far easier as an inside forward when you on a team that is dominating the middle third. OāBrien was a decent target but he was getting good service throughout
OāBrien is a funny one in that he looked to be running through concrete for the goal chance he had in the first half and im not sure heāll do in Croke Park but heād a fine game after that today.
Malone had tracked the run quite well in fairness.
SOB has the same characteristics as Aaron Gillane, good movement, strong in the air and a natural forward. Heās a real top talent.
Flanagan will start the semi final but he will be a nice option on the bench.
Making roadkill of him is a bit of an exaggeration now. Technically not his debut when you consider he scored about 0-4 off the bench against Waterford the last day out? Adam Hogan only a young fella too to be fair. Is he even 21 yet himself?
OāBrien absolutely beat him up a stick and won nearly every ball that went in between them. Hogan was taken off him for a finish.
Scored 0-02, must have assisted another two or three scores and fouled for another two or three pointed frees.
First championship start = debut.
I canāt make it any clearer than that for you.
