The O’Connor’s or Chops Gleeson maybe the last. Hartley and Flynn used wear them with no face guards.

It was.
And Ballyea 2016 was a very bad one too.
Outside that they generally just came up against better teams.
Started there v Galway in the league last year

I was very surprised by it.
He definitely played there in 2020, can’t remember if he played a league game there in 2021 too. Possibly moved in at some point when he started on the wing that year.

Wing back. Came on in Munster final and got a point from 7.
Then came on for Hannon against Kilkenny - he went 7 and Dan went 6 iirc. Presume it wasn’t Byrnes anyway.
