A terrible waste of all those fingers

A tipp poster questioning the validity of a recent all Ireland

How could anyone seriously count 2021?

Shur Croker wasnā€™t even a quarter full for the semi finals and the Provincial Games were even worse

No one wants you to retire from the forum mate but you can if you want to I suppose. Limerick will walk the all Ireland this year. We canā€™t really see what next year will bring, but we have at least a 50% chance of winning it next year say. So itā€™s 50/50 as to whether Limerick will win the five in a row.

That is the crux of his agitation.

Iā€™d give us a better than 50/50 chance myself with the players we have coming through but Iā€™m trying to be kind to them.

Youā€™d want 2 new lads to make a starting spot their own this year, with another 2 making real impacts off the bench.

No and 22 doesnā€™t count either as it was July and the split season, we fully accept Tipperary are the reigning champions

Iā€™d probably still give the nod to the all conquering Galway outfit of 2017 who won the last truly great Championship played in September with none of the round robin nonsense involved.

In reality none of Limerickā€™s recent All Irelandā€™s* count for much.

Ideally current panelists would stop beating people up as well

Donā€™t go overboard now.

You can see why Tipp sit outside the big three of Limerick, Cork and Kilkenny with their fixed minsets.

I said ideally tbf

unbeaten in all sorts of championship games, the winter blitz, round robins, knockouts. Every county beaten that we have faced. numerous managerial changes. Cody retired. Throw anything at this team and theyā€™ll overcome it.

weā€™ve Tipp lads rewriting history. Kilkenny lads forced out of the long grass for the first time since the 90ā€™s and Cork lads gone in to the long grass where theyā€™ve never been

The hurling landscape has changed for ever
