Or they could have just let us into the Uncovered. It was a beautiful day.
Iโd say the 4000 that were there would have looked miserable no matter what way ye filmed them.
I was looking forward to going over there. Couldnโt believe it was closed.
Probably something to do with the new surface. It would have been very hard to keep the uncovered crowd off the pitch after the game.
Hope itโs only a temporary stop-gap.

Surely more than 4000 there. There was 4000 Limerick fans watched the hurling final in pubs next to croke Park Iโd say
Pitched looked unrale. Ball was hopping up off it like twas July
The 2019 county final was televised from that side and the U21 AIF between Tipp and Cork that year also
Iโd say the 4000 that were there would have looked miserable no matter what way ye filmed them.
Not as miserable as the MS crowd at this years WD county final
Twas in some nick, cracking looking surface
PhattPike: TreatyStones:Iโd say there was 7 or 8 thousand there. The stand seemed reasonably full.
Ideally they would stick the camera in the uncovered stand for games like this, as visually it would be a better spectacle. Presumably it would be a pain in the arse to do though as all the setup is there in the Mackey Stand. I can only ever remember one game being filmed from the other side which was the 2008 Waterford Clare game.

Fair play to NAP, very clinical. Nice for them to beat the champions en route.
Match against ballygunnar will be very high quality fare if the weather conditions keep up
Kilmallocks line have a lot to be sorry for. They never put pressure on Na piarsaigh and allowed them build out from the back all day leaving them a spare man. Even with the wind they let NAP have a spare man in the full back line. Mike Casey cleaned house then and lorded coming out with the ball.
Someone else said about the full back being let on Breen all day and got taken for 2-3

Mount Sion have had no support ever

Seething
He looks more heartbroken to me.
A glorious Autumnal day and 2 men and a dog at the County Final tells you all you need to know about the foundation of sand, Limerick hurling is built on.

Yeah god help the hurling world if Limerick ever gets its act together

I was at that U21 game, watched it from the uncovered stand actually. Arrived 5 mins late and Tipp had 2 goals on the scoreboard already.
There just appears to be no interest in the club game which is a pity as Na Piarsaigh are very good and Kilmallock are very likable.
Twas like watching man City today. Class in an empty stadium
7k wasnโt bad considering NaP have a small support.
