Itās tough to manage a fixture list when youāve medal presentations, All Stars to collect, and have to shake the bucket overseas to give the successful county team an aul holiday.
You shouldnāt fuck over a county final to do so. Itās not that difficult
The master fixture list is not designed for one team to get to three county finals.
We need more weeks. The All Ireland hurling & football need to be pushed back to June so that we can complete the club season properly.
So the game was moved because of the county finals and not because the player is in America?
This isnt the first time its happened either.
They just arenāt a serious county and no amount of low-fat All Irelandās will change that.
Yes?
I donāt think thatās true tbh
Ah thatās grand so.
Why move it all the way to December though? Was there not a free date before then?
Depends if they beat Roanmore.
What in Godās name is The Dow doing on this junket anyway?
How heās being accommodated is absolutely baffling. If he wants to go, then fine, but dont switch a County Final to suit him.
Seems a bit strange but if you reckon itās acceptable then grand
Maybe this is the medal he really wants but it does seem odd behaviour by the county board.
Do the winners of this final go into the Munster intermediate? Is that being held up as well or is there no rush with it
No, Premier Intermediate goes to Munster.
Intermediate is always the one pushed out. When we won it in 2017, think the final was 5 weeks after the semi-final. They put it on after all the others were over.
Standard of this match is cat
A throwback.
The match ref played in the final last year.
Na Piarsaigh will not, I repeat not, be doing the quadruple:
St. Kieranās bury the ghosts of last yearās final and rejoin the intermediate ranks.
Commiserations to @Copper_pipe
St. Kieranās 0-14 Drom/Broadford 1-6 FT
Pretty dour stuff in Newcastle West. Well done to St Kierans, got on a roll and were full value for the win in the finish.
All the Drom bots will fade into non-existence now
