Paddy McCarthy from NCW played in three (?) Munster senior finals in the 1940’s. I can’t think of anyone else that played senior championship since.

St Josephs won the Laois Minor A Football this year, played just 2 games in the Championship. Every team in the Group Stages ran scared of them. Bizarre behaviour. Best team by far, but to only get to play 2 games is a shocking reflection on clubs.
This is supposed to be over a while, the semi final is Thursday and the final the following week. Don’t know how they ended up on a Monday
Tis savage sure, they’ll be no certs to get out. There can’t be many teams in football where appointing Billy would be seen as a move to a more attacking style of play, but Stacks are one of them

It was supposed to be last Wednesday but some last round games the previous week were deffered cause of the weather. Which pushed things on another week. I’m not sure why Sunday wasn’t an option as other quarters were played yesterday.
